2. Cancellations Within Two Hours of Pickup

Cancellations made within two (2) hours of the agreed pickup time are not eligible for a refund.

  • A driver is usually assigned and committed to the booking
  • Operational costs and scheduling resources have already been incurred
  • The booking slot cannot reasonably be reassigned at short notice
